摘要
目的探讨急性脑血管病急性期脑损害与血浆心钠素 (ANP)变化关系。方法对 5 4例急性脑血管病人 ,在急性期用放射免疫法测定血浆ANP ,采血时同步记录脑损害程度 (按Glasgow -Pittsbrgh昏迷观察进行评分 )。结果发现中型以上脑损害随着损害程度加重 ,血浆ANP随之增高γs =1(P <0 0 1) ,但轻度脑损害者血浆ANP与正常对照组比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。
Objective To study the correlations of cerebral lesion levels in acute stage of acute cerebrovascular disease and the changes of plasma ANP contents.Methods 54 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were observed and the plasma ANP contents were determined by radioimmunity method during acute stage and derebral lesion levels were also recorded simultaneously by Glasgow-Pittsburgh technique.Results The contents of plasma ANP increased( P <0 01)with the aggravation of cerebral lesion at medium levels but scarce changes of plasma ANP contents for patients with low grade cerebral lesion( P >0 05).Conclusion The cerebral lesion levels in acute stage of acute cerbrovascular disease had relations with the changes of plasma ANP contents.
