摘要
随着城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的全面启动 ,医院如何主动适应市场经济 ,加快医疗收费体制改革 ,完善医疗服务补偿机制 ,落实补偿政策 ,使医院摆脱经济困境 ,业已成为当务之急。为此 ,文章就公立非营利性医院补偿机制和相关政策进行了初步探讨。
With the comprehensive initiation of urban employee basic medical insurance system, it become urgent tasks for hospital that how to actively adapt to market economy, to fasten reform of medical charge system, to perfect compensation mechanism of medical service, to fulfill compensation policy, and to make hospital out of economic dilemma. Therefore, this paper discusses compensation mechanism of state-owned and non-profit hospitals and relevant policy.
