摘要
加入WTO给我国教师教育带来了机遇和挑战,也要求我国的教师教育做出必要的应对:改革教师培养培训双轨制模式,构建多元的、一体化的终身教育体系;重塑教师形象,促使教师专业化;重视新教师的培养,缩短“初任教师”和“专家教师”的距离。
The entry of WTO has brought chaces and challenges to the teachers' education in China and demands strategies for training teachers: to reform 'double rails model, to construct pluralistic, systematic teacher education system; to reportray teachers' image , enable teachers to be specialised, stress on the training of new teachers, shorten the distance between 'new teachers' and 'specialists' .
