摘要
目的 了解辽宁地区住院患者人类T细胞白血病病毒Ⅰ /Ⅱ (HTLV -Ⅰ /Ⅱ )的流行情况。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法和蛋白印迹方法检测患者血清中的HTLV -Ⅰ /Ⅱ抗体。结果 在 4 10 3份住院患者的血清标本中 ,仅有1例为HTLV -Ⅰ阳性 ,总阳性率为 0 0 2 4 % ,其中黑龙江和辽宁省内患者的HTLV -Ⅰ /Ⅱ感染率分别为 4 % (1/ 2 5 )和 0 % (0 / 386 5 )。 17例人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者的血清HTLV -Ⅰ /Ⅱ抗体检测均为阴性。结论 辽宁地区的HTLV -Ⅰ /Ⅱ感染率很低。
ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ in Liaoning area.MethodsHTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ antibody were screened and confirmed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and Western Blot(WB),respectively.ResultsOf 4 103 hospitalized patients,only one was confirmed to be infected with HTLV-Ⅰ,with a HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection rate 0.024%,of which the infection rate in Heilongjiang province was 4%(1/25),in Liaoning province was 0%(0/3 865).The HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection rate of 17 HIV infected persons was negative.ConclusionThe HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ infection rate in Liaoning area was low.
