摘要
社会治安综合治理是一项庞大的社会系统工程,它涉及到国家政治生活、经济生活和文化生活的方方面面,它需要全社会的共同参与。本文结合我国转型时期政治、经济、文化的特点,通过对变革时期法律、道德、信仰等因素的分析,提出了我国社会治安综合治理的行为选择,即法律制度的建构与完善、道德体系的重塑与张扬及信仰灵魂的回归与升华。
Maintaining social peace and order is a great systematic project, which deals with every aspect of political, economic and cultural life and calls for the joint effort of the whole society. Based on the political, economic and cultural characteristics of the social transformation period, this paper makes an analysis of the law, moral and belief in this period, discusses the behavior choice in maintaining social peace and orderperfecting the law system, rebuilding the moral system, and the returning and distillation of belief.
