摘要
通过对现代图书馆网络安全的分析 ,论述了网络环境下图书馆安全的内涵、安全的必要性和实现安全的方法及策略 ,提出了加强安全的原则是把规章制度建设。
By fully analyzing the security of modern libraries, discusses the connotation of library security under the network environment, the necessity of the security, the methods and strategies to realize library security, and puts forward the ideas to strengthen the security by means of combination of regulation establishment,introduction of advanced technologies and security education of users.
