Widely developing the professional technical education is the objective demands of improving our country by science and technology and promoting the market economic prosperity. If we perform the main melody of the professional technical education and make efforts in training the special education and creating the new consciousness, we can find our space to live and make the professional technical education become the most important part of the 21th century's education cause.
