摘要
劳动力剩余型二元经济结构乃是"新秩序"时期印尼的基本经济特征。苏哈托政府在进行二元经济结构的改造及发展本国经济的过程中,存在资金短缺、农业剩余劳动力就业不足和社会贫富分化严重等问题。从"二元经济"理论的角度出发,分析"新秩序"时期印尼经济建设中存在的问题,总结其经济建设的经验与教训,对于同属发展中国家的我国来说,具有启示意义。
The dualistic economic structure of surplus labor type was the basic feature of Indonesian economy in Suharto's 'New Order' period. While Suharto government was reforming its dualistic economic structure to develop Indonesian economy, there existed several problems. They were shortage of investment, underemployment of surplus labor in agriculture and serious unequal distribution of social wealth. It is significant for us to analyze the problems in Indonesian economic development in the New Order period based on the dualistic economic theory and to summarize the lessons and experiences so as to benefit a developing country like China
