摘要
世纪之交,东南亚国家经济出现了急剧的波动。其原因是,在经济全球化下,它们受到了主要发达国家经济周期波动的冲击,以及金融危机后国内经济转型与结构调整的影响。面对经济的迅速衰退,东南亚国家政府积极采取措施,大力实施国内经济重组与调整。从中长期看,东南亚经济增长速度将放缓,并且波动将加剧。
This paper attributes the economic fluctuations in Southeast Asia in recent years to the following factors:(1) impact from the economic cyclical fluctuations in major developed countries in the process of economic globalization and (2) influences from domestic economic reorientation and restructuring after the financial crisis. In the face of rapid recession of domestic economy, Southeast Asian countries have taken active measures to energetically carry out domestic economic restructuring and adjustment. In the long run and many years to come, the economic growth of Southeast Asia will slow down and fluctuations will intensify.
