摘要
随着机体的衰老性腺的功能逐渐降低 ,而垂体促性腺激素水平升高 ,同时中枢神经系统对下丘脑_垂体_性腺 (HPG)轴的调节功能也发生了改变。性腺功能的减退并不能解释HPG轴在衰老过程中出现的许多变化 。
In the process of aging the function of gonad decreases, while the secretion of gonadotropin is elevated, at the same time changes also take place in the modulation of hypothalamus_pituitary_gonad(HPG) axis controlled by the central nervous system. It is not satisfying to give answers to many changes of aging HPG axis by deterioration of gonad, many investigations indicate that the modification of the function of modulations has also taken part in the renovation of aging HPG axis.
