摘要
传动方案选择是机械设计过程中的关键问题之一。由于这一过程涉及因素较多且各因素具有不同程度的模糊性,使采用模糊综合评判法成为可能。因此,在合理确定因素集、备择集、等级评价矩阵、权重集的基础上,建立了机械传动方案选择的三级模糊综合评判模型。以火电厂输煤线上工作的带式输送机的传动方案选择为例,运用该模型从多种方案中成功选出了适合已知工况的最佳方案,验证了方法的有效性。该方法用定量方式来描述各影响因素,从而能更客观有效地评判各方案的优劣。
A three-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for mechanical drive scheme selection was developed by pre-determining the factor set, fuzzy relation matrix, weight set, etc. As an example, the model was used to determine the drive scheme of a belt-type coal transportation machine in a coal-fired power station. An optimal scheme is successfully selected from four different schemes. It shows that the method can evaluate different schemes more effectively and objectively.
