摘要
电力市场的运作、输电网络的开放,不可避免地会发生阻塞问题。为确保系统安全、经济地运行,需要一套完整有效的,在经济上技术上合理且可行的阻塞处理方法。如何解决阻塞问题以及如何进行阻塞管理已经成为电力市场研究领域的前沿课题。从阻塞调度、价格机制和FACTS的应用三个方面对近期有关研究状况作了综述,对一些观点和方法作了简要的对比与分析,以期引起讨论和进一步的研究。最后对上述阻塞解决方法在电力市场中的应用进行了总结和展望。
The open access and the operation of power market unavoidably lead to the network congestion problem. To ensure the system operating in an economic and secure status, it needs reasonable, fair and practical congestion management methods. Several congestion management methods are reviewed and compared, namely, congestion dispatch method, FACTS technology and price mechanism. Their application in power market is summarized.
