摘要
底排装置高空动态模拟实验系统是用来模拟底排弹的底排装置在高空飞行时旋转工作特性.为研究底排药剂在不同环境压力下的燃烧规律,该系统可以模拟不同高度下的大气环境压力对底排装置的压力—时间曲线的影响.为了研究旋转效应,该系统还可模拟底排装置在不同转速下的工作特性.该系统还能综合模拟底排装置在同一时间不同环境压力和不同转速条件下的工作状态,以及测量环境压力与时间的变化曲线.它为深入研究底排装置在高空旋转条件下的内弹道特性开辟了一条新的途径.
High—altitude dynamic simulating experiment system for base bleedunit (BBU) is the system used to simulate working characteristic of base bleed u-nit during the flight of the base bleed projectile with high spin rate.The systemcan simulate the influence of the surroundings pressure under different high—ali-titude on the pressure in the base bleed unit—time curve,to study the burninglaw of base bleed propellant under different surrounding pressure.The systemcan alse simulate the working characteristic of base bleed unit under the differentspin rate,to sutdy the spin effect of base bleed unit caused by the spin.The sys-tem can comprehensively simulate the working state of base bleed unit under thedifferent surroundings pressure and the different spin rate,at the same time,measure the variational curve of the surroundings pressure with the time.Whichopen up a new way to study in depth the interior ballistic property of the basebleed unit when the projectilc spins in the high—altitude.
