摘要
借助于分段线性化技术和3端口电阻网络优势矩阵条件,提出了一种利用OTA固有非线性饱和特性设计有用的非线性驱动点特性的方法。设计的电路仅由一个OTA和几个线性正值电阻构成。给出了通用设计电路和设计算法,并对设计的电路进行了实验验证。
The inherent saturation nonlinearity of the operational traasconductance amplifier (OTA) is adopted in circuits design. It possesses nonlinear driving point v-i characteristics based on the piece-wise linear technology and the paramount condition for positive linear 3-port resistor. These circuits consist of one OTA and several positive linear resistors. The canonical circuit and design algorithm are presented. Several examples are given and validated by experiment.
