摘要
建立建设项目安全监察机关和施工单位之间的安全管理博弈模型。通过分析该模型 ,确定监察机关对施工单位进行抽检的比例 ,对施工单位不安全施工的处罚力度 ,以及抽检比例与处罚力度之间的函数关系。
This article sets up a safe management game strategy model between a project safety supervision department and a construction company. After analyzing the model, the spot-check proportion to the construction company, the penalty degree to unsafe construction of the company and the function relationship between the spot-check proportion and the penalty degree can be determined.
