摘要
目的评价世界银行贷款结核病控制项目成效.方法根据1993～2000年广州市结核病控制项目季报表和年报表,对结核病人的登记情况和治疗效果进行分析.结果1993～2000年,新发涂阳新登记率从8.84/105上升到34.25/105,治愈率从72.5%上升到95.8%.复治涂阳治愈率从62.3%上升到89.9%.结论广州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目成效显著,达到高发现率和高治愈率的目标,并将继续促进广州市结核病控制工作的进展.
Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project loaned by World Bank in Guangzhou. Methods The quarerly and annual reports of project during 1993 to 2000 registered situation and treated effect of the tuberculosis cases were analysed. Results From 1993 to 2000, the new register rate of new smear- positive cases was increased from 8.84/105 to 34.25/ 105, the cure rate was increased from 72.5% to 95.8%. The cure rate of re - treatment cases was increased from 62.3 % to 89.9%. Conclusion The satisfactory results of tuberculosis control project loaned by World Bank have been achieved. The target of high discovery rate and cure rate has been accomplished. Further promotion of the tuberculosis control work is necessary in Guangzhou.
