摘要
目的 :评价全膀胱切除、乙状结肠膀胱术可控性尿流改道术的临床疗效。方法 :对 5例具有全膀胱切除指征的膀胱癌患者施行乙状结肠直肠膀胱术。结果 :近期无严重并发症 ,通过肛门外括约肌可自行控制排尿排便 ,1.5～ 2个月后 ,大小便可分开 ,大便成形 ,小便约 2小时 1次 ,生活如常。结论
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the Sigmoido-rectal bladder operation as a content urine reservoir after radical cystectomy. METHODS: 5 patients of bladder tumor who have the indication of radial cystectomy underwent sigmoido-rectal.RESULTS: No serious complications occurred during the period of postoperative. Defecation and urination could be automatically controlled by external spkincter muscle of anus. After 1.5～2 months, feces is every two hours or so, and the life become normal.
