合理利用企业余热和裕压搞好热电联产

Rational Use of Waste Heat and Excess of Pressure for Heat & Power Cogeneration in Enterprises

摘要 分析热电联产技术的应用情况;叙述一般企业热电站中锅炉、汽轮机组的容量设置过大和达不到设计铭牌.机组选型和单机容量设置不合理等问题;提出采用回热系统,串接小容量的凝汽机组,利用背压机的不调整抽汽和蒸汽作动力进行致冷等措施;建议尽量提高自备电站的参数等级,合理确定锅炉与汽轮机及单机容量等. This article analyzes the status of application of heat & power cogeneration technology,describes some problems such as the capacity set irrationally(too high or unable to reach the designed rate shown on the rating plate)of boiler and turbo-set in enterprises,and the irrationality in the selection of turbo-set and the setting of single turbine's capacity ...etc.presents some measures such as use of backheating system, low-capacity condensing turbo-set in series,non-regulated steam-extraction of back-pressure turbines and refrigeration by using steam power to solve the above problems,and also presents some proposals such as raising the level of parameters used in steam power plants as possible and rational determination of the capacity of boiler,steam turbo-set and single turbine.
