摘要
为有效保存折裂后牙 ,对 98例 10 1颗折裂后牙进行分类 ,经完善的牙髓治疗 ,配合金属全冠及桩核冠修复 .结果 :疗效满意 ,对冠根斜折、纵折患牙经带环的有效固定及彻底的牙髓牙周治疗 ,可提高其保存率 .结果表明
cases including 101 fractured premolars of molars were classified. Restored with metal full crowns of post crowns after perfect pulp treatments. The clinical results were satisfying. It is indicated that all sorts of fractured posterier teeth could be preserved effectively. The surviving rates of the oblique or vertical fractured teeth could be improved through the effective retention with bands and completed pulp-periodontal treatments
