稳定自由基存在下乙酰丙酮对苯乙烯聚合的加速研究

摘要 在少量乙酰丙酮存在下 ,苯乙烯在稳定自由基TEMPO作用下的聚合速率显著增加 ,分子量可控 ,分子量分布较窄 ,具有活性聚合特征 .乙酰丙酮与TEMPO的摩尔比在 2 /1时控制聚合效果好 ,分子量可控至 1 0 5左右 .1HNMR研究表明乙酰丙酮在反应中仅起到催化剂作用 . Styrene polymerization mediated by TEMPO is distinctly accelerated by the addition of small amounts of acetylacetone (AAT). The polymerization proceeds in a living fashion as indicated by the increase in molecular weight with time and conversion and relatively low polydispersities. It is found the polymerization was controlled well when the molar ratio of AAT/TEMPO equals to 2/1. The molecular weight could be controlled to 10 5 and the suitable temperature for styrene living polymerization in the presence of AAT is 130℃. 1HNMR shows that AAT acts as a catylyst to enhance the polymerization rate by weakening the bond of C O.
