摘要
目的通过综合的干扰措施,控制人群血压水平,降低原发性高血压的发病率,提高高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率,减少高血压的并发症,提出一套适合中国国情的,群众易于接受且行之有效的社区高血压综合防治方案。方法在城市社区和农村社区分别设立干预组和对照组,在干预社区对全人群进行健康教育,对高危人群进行危险因素的高危干预,对患者进行系统的治疗与管理。结果干预社区人群血压水平曲线均出现了平行下移的现象,尤以城市社区更为明显。高危人群原发性高血压发病率干预社区低于对照社区,高危人群的知识、态度、行为发生改善。系统管理有利于控制血压水平和提高患者的生活质量。开展社区综合防制,从经济学的角度符合效益原则。结论本研究为我国慢性非传染性疾病的综合防治进行了有益的实践和探索,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective Through this study we would like to explore a set of acceptable and effective comprehensive project of prevention and control for hypertension in community with a view to control the blood pressure level of population, reduce the morbidity of essential hypertension, enhance the rate of the awareness, treatment and control in hypertensives. Suitable to the actual condition of China. Methods The intervention and control groups in the communities of city and country were esfablished, respectively.In the interventional community, health education in general population, intensive intervention in high - risk population, systematical drug interventiona and management in hypertension patients were conducted. Results There appears a parallel descending of the blood pressure curve of the general population in interven-tional community, especially in the city community.The incidence of hypertension in high risk population in intervention group is less than that in control. A systematic management and treatment in hypertensives could control the blood pressure level and improve the quality of the lives. Conclusion The result showed that the comprehensive prevention and treatment in community is cost - effective, which could be used in other domains.
