价格因素对医疗机构的发展和患者的就医取向有较大影响 ,灵活正确地运用价格策略将有助于扩大医院声誉 ,增加市场份额。本文从现行医院价格政策实施过程中存在的问题出发 ,探讨医院价格体系的完善 ,还需要人性化服务、市场机制、社会保障制度相配合 ,并对医院可选择的价格策略进行初步分析。
The medical price had great impact on the development of the medical institution and hospitalization of the patient. The flexible price strategy could help to expand the business in medical market. Analyzing the problems in hospital price strategy, the author discussed how to perfect medical price system and analyzed the price strategies that would be selected at present.
