摘要 目的 了解氩绿激光对透明角膜和虹膜的损伤。方法 氩绿激光照射透明角膜 ,观察角膜和虹膜的病理改变 ,应用吲哚青绿造影观察虹膜的血液循环。结果 角膜和虹膜未见明显异常 ,虹膜血循环未见异常。结论 氩绿激光 (能量密度在 183.4 J· cm- 2 以下 ) Objective To investigate the injury to cornea and iris after irradiation by argon green laser.Methods Irradiation was performed to ten eyes of the colored rabbits with different treatment variables. Argon green laser (wavelength, 514nm) was irradiated at the dose of 45.9~183.4 J·cm -2 (diameter of laser spot, 5mm). Blood circulation in the iris was investigated using indocyanine green angiography (ICG) of iris at one day before irradiation and one day, one week, and one month after irradiation. Histological changes were examined 2 hours or 1 month after PDT using light and electron microscopy. Results No abnormal change in the circulation of iris was found in ten eyes by the ICG examination. Light microscopy showed no inflammation reaction and visible injury. Electron microscopy demonstrated vacuolization in the mitochondrion of the endothelial cells and some endothelial cells were broken at the dose of 183.4 J·cm -2 . Conclusion Irradiation can be used safely on the cornea within the limited doses using argon green laser.
