摘要
目的 研究 p5 3、bcl- 2基因在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中的蛋白表达 ,探讨p5 3、bcl- 2在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞凋亡中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 30例老年性白内障及 10例正常透明晶状体上皮细胞进行 p5 3、bcl- 2基因蛋白表达的检测 ,计算 p5 3、bcl- 2基因蛋白表达阳性细胞百分率。结果 p5 3在正常晶状体上皮细胞中无蛋白表达 ,在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中蛋白表达率为 16 .9%～ 19.1% ,bcl- 2在 2组中均无蛋白表达。结论 p5 3在老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞中蛋白高表达 ,p5
Objective To study the protein expression of p53 and bcl 2 in senile cataract lens epithelial cells,and to assess the relation between p53,bcl 2 and apoptosis of senile cataract lens epithelial cells. Methods With the SABC methods , staining by using DAB,detective the protein expression positive cell rate of p53 and bcl 2. Results In the cells from the normal transparent lenses,almost no p53 and bcl 2 protein expression positive cells,but in the cells from the senile cataract lenses , the rate of positive cells was 16 9%~19.1% , no bcl 2 protein expression positive cells.Conclusion p53 protein expression is higher in senile cataract lens epithelial cells. p53 may be promote apoptosis of the lens epithelial cells from senile cataract.
