农业非点源污染是一种分布广泛的非点源污染类型。以下河套小流域为例 ,从宏观管理的角度出发 ,提出了控制农业非点源污染的对策及建议 ,包括强调流域生态系统的整体功能 ,加强流域范围内的水、大气、土壤和其它生态资源的综合管理 ;根据流域生态环境的特点 ,包括受污染和破坏的程度 ,编制流域保护规划 ;
Agricultural non point sources pollution is a popular one of non point sources pollution types. Taking Xiahetao watershed for case,in terms of macroscopical management,proposed measures and suggestions on how to control agricultural non point sources pollution,such as strengthening the comprehensive management of water, air, soil and other ecological resources at watershed scale; making watershed protection plan; carrying out ecological environmental construction in which taking ecological engineering as a core.
