摘要
研究分析了皮西本、利西本、夏西本、西杂二代肉用公牛 6～ 12月龄生长发育情况。结果表明 ,12月龄体重分别为 (45 4 .30± 6 1.90 ) kg、(412 .0 0± 37.6 0 ) kg、(40 1.5 0± 4 2 .70 ) kg、(389.2 0± 4 6 .76 ) kg;平均日增重为 (1.2 2± 0 .19) kg、(1.10± 0 .12 ) kg、(0 .97± 0 .13) kg、和 (0 .90± 0 .16 ) kg;相对增长率为 97.6 5 %、95 .84 %、81.32 %和 72 .80 %。皮西本、利西本和夏西本的增重速度和体尺发育均比西杂二代有较大幅度的提高 ,且差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1)。饲料消耗以皮西本最少 ,每增重 1kg消耗精料、总饲料量分别为 2 .75 kg、7.33kg;利西本次之 ,分别为 2 .87kg和 7.6 6 kg,与西杂二代差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1)。从体尺指数来看 ,各组肉牛都具有较好的肉用体型 ,各组间差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )
The body weight gain, body size parameters and feed efficiency of the crossed beef from 6 month old to 12 month old were measured and analyzed. Crossbred beefs were progeny of Piemontese×simmental×local yellow cattle (PSB), Limousin×simmental×local yellow cattle (LSB), Charolais×Simmental×local yellow cattle (CSB) and Simmental×Simmental×local yellow cattle (SSB). Results showed that their body weights of 12 month old were 454 30±61 90 kg,412 00±37 60 kg,401 50±42 70 kg and 389 20±46 76 kg separately; daily body weight gains were 1 22±0 19 kg, 1 10±0 12 kg,0 97±0 13 kg and 0 90±0 16 kg respectively; relative growth rates were 97 65%?95 84%?81 32% and 72 80% respectively. PSB, CSB and LSB had a higher growth rate and their body weights and body size were significantly larger than SSBs ( P <0 01). The comprehensive and total feed efficiency of PSB were 2 75 and 7 33 separately, and had very significant difference between PSB and other three groups of beef bulls ( P <0 01). All these beef had a better beef type based on their indexes of body size, and had no significant difference between those of 6 months and 12 months old( P >0 05).
