利用花粉管通道法将编码麦谷蛋白HMW-GS 1Dx和1Dy10基因导入了小麦,经抗PPT筛选、PCR检测和HMW-GS组成分析等,选出了高产优质的转基因品系21K867。此外还讨论了提高花粉管通道法导入目的基因的遗传转化率和转基因系性状多样性等问题。
High quality wheat HMW gluten subnit gene was introduced into wheat via pollen tube path way. High yield and high quality wheat line 21K867 was selected through herbicide resistant trial, PCR method and HMW-GS 5 + 10 analysis. Wheat line 21k867 possesses HMW-GS 5 + 10 gene, yield is 3. 2% higher than receptor.
