摘要
从期刊资源的结构、期刊采访、文献传递与资源共享等方面分析了网络环境对期刊信息资源建设产生的影响 ,据此提出了新的期刊信息资源建设思路 :重新制定期刊资源发展策略 ,构筑网络环境下以印刷型期刊为基础 ,以电子期刊、网络期刊为发展的实体馆藏与虚拟馆藏并存的期刊资源保障体系 ;从重点学科着手建设特色数据库与专题数据库 ;开发网络资源 ,建设虚拟馆藏 ;整合系统资源 。
The effect of internet on the periodical information resources construction is analyzed in respect of the periodical resource structure, purchase and investigation, information services and share among libraries. Four new ideas about the development and use of periodical information resources are suggested. Firstly, the plan of the periodical resources development should be changed, and the periodical resources system should be constructed on the basis of real collections and virtual collections. The former mainly consists of printed periodicals, and the latter electronic periodicals and the periodicals on internet. Secondly, specialized database and subject database should be constructed to serve the key courses. Thirdly, a virtual library should be constructed on the basis of the development of internet resources. Fourthly, periodical information resources should be unified to realize seamless link.
