摘要
灾害经济学是以人类社会的灾害经济关系及其运行规律为研究对象的一门特殊的、新型的经济学科。它属于正在形成与发展的学科。该文根据一般灾害经济的研究成果 ,主要探讨了森林灾害经济的一些基本理论与方法问题 ,包括 :森林灾害的概念及分类。
According to the general calamity economic theory and research achievements,the writer discusses the problems of forest calamity economics with basic theories and principles,such as concepts,classifications and characteristics of forest calamity,subject and contents of forest calamity economic research,and fundamental theories of forest calamity economic research.
