潜在性缺铁条件下注射黄叶绿制剂对酥梨的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用强力注射黄叶绿(YLG)注射专用肥对潜在性缺铁酥梨进行补铁试验。结果表明,施用YLG注射专用肥后,单叶面积增加13.23%,比叶重增加0.42干mg/cm^2,叶绿体各色素含量极显著增加,其中总叶绿素增加34.35%,净光合速率增加50.26%。叶片内N、P、Fe、Zn活性增加,其他金属元素下降,果实产量提高,品质变优,花芽分化率和花芽质量也明显提高。树干注射YLG可作为潜在性缺铁的一种补铁措施。 The potential iron deficiency is a world-wide nutritional disorder. This study is a fertilizing iron trial by injecting YLG fertilizer. The results showed, the individual leaf area, leaf dry weight/ leaf area ratio, the contents of chloroplast pigments and net photosynthesis rate were increased, N,P, Fe,Zn and active iron contents in the leaves were increased, and the others were decreased, the fruit yield was increased and the fruit quality was improved, floral bud differentiation rate and floral bud quality were increased too by injecting YLG fertilizer. So, trunk injecting YLG could be a fertilizing way for the potential iron deficiency.
