摘要
根据热平衡原理建立微分方程,取得供热过程的机理模型,然后用现场测取的阶跃响应数据,对过程的参数模型进行拟合,其中的确定与随机两部分分别用时域和频域方法进行分析,即根据现场实测的过渡特性求出确定部分二阶惯性的参数,用谱分析方法求取白噪声驱动下的成形滤波器的参数。最后给出了确定部分与随机部分的描述,同实测结果进行比较,其拟合精度是令人满意的。
A differential equation and mechanism model of heating process has been established based on thermal equilibrium. Step response data measured on spot are fitted into parameter model of the process. Determined part and stochastic sequence of the model are analyzed respectively by time domain method and frequency domain method, that is, parameters of two order inertial link are found by transition property measured on spot, and parameters of shaping filter driven by white noise are sought by spectrum analysis. Finally, description of determined part and stochastic part are given. Fitted result is satisfactory when compared with the measured result.
