摘要
通过对比分析不同工程管理方式的特点 ,建立工程管理方式的评价模型 ,对常用的工程管理方式进行评价和选择 。
The characteristics of different engineering management approaches are compared,and an evaluation model is established based on their characteristics.Then this paper shows how to evaluate and choose a proper engineering management approach.Also a case is discussed at the end.
