摘要
目的 :探讨腹腔镜结合纤维胆道镜经胆囊管行胆总管探查取石的可行性、临床价值和手术适应证。方法 :应用腹腔镜手术设备和纤维胆道镜及配套器械为 6例胆总管结石患者实施经胆囊管纤维胆道镜胆总管探查取石术。结果 :手术均获成功 ,手术时间 4 5～ 10 0min ,术后次日下床活动、进食 ,术后 3～ 5d出院。结论 :选择性地实施腹腔镜结合纤维胆道镜经胆囊管行胆总管探查取石临床可行 。
Objective:To explore the possibility, clinical value and indication of laparoscopy combined with fibrocholedochoscope in exploration and extraction of common bile duct calculi through cystic duct.Methods:6 cases were performed this surgery.Results:The surgery was successful in 45～100minutes.Patients were off the bed and had food the day after surgery and out of hospital 3～5 days after surgery.Conclusions:This method is reliable and effect in clinical application.
