摘要
为落实我省科教兴国、科教兴业的战略方针和《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建设》的精神 ,促进我省卫生事业在新的历史时期更好地发展 ,我们进行了全省11个市的卫生科教和人才现状的调查 ,通过分析得知我省在卫生人力和卫生经费两个方面与全国其他省市相比存在着很大差距。据此提出要迅速发展我省卫生事业应就加强领导 ,提高认识 ,确立卫生人力在卫生事业中的主导地位 ;加强重点学科建设 ,培养跨世纪学术带头人 ;采取多种形式 ,加快提高在职人员的素质 ;加速农村卫生人才的培养 ,稳定基层卫生队伍 ;坚持城市卫生技术支援农村 ,搞好传、帮、带等几个方面提出建议 。
In order to promote the develpment of health undertakings of Hebei province under new hiotorical period,the authors conducted an investigation on health talent in 11 cities of Hebei province.The results indicated that there was a significant difference in health talents and founds in our province compared with other provinces.Thus,the anthors put forward the following suggestions,for instance,health talents should play a leading role and occupy the leading position in health work,some major disciplines should be established and strengthened,the leading researchers in major disciplines should be selected and fostered,the quality of health workers at these posts should be improved with various ways,the training of the health workers in the countryside should be expedited to maintain stability of the medical workers at the grass-root level,the health workers in the city should support these in the countryside to improve their professional knowledge and so on.
