摘要
为能缩短测定消毒液中戊二醛含量的时间,将原方法中静置反应1h改为水浴加热反应10min。检测结果经t检验,两种方法的结果差异无统计学意义(t<t.05)。说明加热缩短反应时间是可行的。
In order to shorten the time for measuring glutaraldehyde content in disinfectant solution, reaction under stationary condition for 1 hour in the original method was changed to reaction by heating in water bath for 10 min. The t test of the results of measurement using these 2 methods showed that the difference has no statistical significance (t<t0.5), indicating that shortening of reaction time by heating is feasible.
