摘要
为比较三氯异氰尿酸与氯溴异氰尿酸的杀菌效果及对金属腐蚀性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与金属片浸泡腐蚀试验。结果,以含有效氯200mg/L的三氯异氰尿酸溶液对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用5min,以含有效氯1000mg/L该液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60min,平均杀灭率≥99.95%;以相当于含有效氯369mg/L的氯溴异氰尿酸溶液作用7min(对细菌芽孢以相当于含有效氯1230mg/L该液作用45min),平均杀灭率才≥99.93%。含有效氯1600mg/L则三氯异氰尿酸溶液pH6.92,对不锈钢片、铝片、铜片、碳钢片的腐蚀速率分别为0.0016、0.0736、0.253、1.5938mm/a;相当于含有效氯1230mg/L的氯溴异氰尿酸溶液pH8.77,对上述金属片的腐蚀速率分别为0.0010、0.2003、0.0087、0.7120 mm/a。结果表明,三氯异氰尿酸比氯溴异氰尿酸杀菌效果好,对金属腐蚀性强。
In order to compare germicidal efficacy and metal corrosiveness of trichloroisocyanuric acid and chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, quantitative carrier germicidal test and metal coupon immersion corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the average killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to trichloroisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine 200 mg / L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 1 000 mg/L for 60 min were > 99.95%. The average killing rates of above microorganisms exposed to chlorobromoisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine (equivalent) 369 mg/L for 7 min (the bacterial spores were exposed to a solution containing available chlorine (equivalent) 1 230 mg / L for 45 min) were only >99.93%. The corrosion rates of stainless steel coupons, aluminum coupons, copper coupons and carbon steel coupons immersed in trichloroisocyanuric acid solution containing available chlorine 1 600 mg/L (pH 6.92) were 0.001.6, 0.0736, 0.2513 and 1.5938 mm/ a respectively, while the corrosion rates of the above metal coupons immersed in chlorobromoisocyanuric acid solution (pH 8.77) containing available chlorine (equivalent) 1 230 mg/L were 0.0010, 0.2003, 0.0087 and 0.712 mm/a respectively. These results indicate that the germicidal efficacy of trichloroisocyanuric acid is better than that of chlorobromoisocyanuric acid, but it causes stronger metal corrosion than the latter.
