摘要
目的 :观察针刺在美沙酮疗法改善海洛因戒断综合征中的作用。方法 :将 6 0例海洛因依赖者分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给予针刺和美沙酮治疗 ,对照组给予美沙酮治疗。结果 :治疗组戒断症状积分比对照组低 ,差异明显 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组戒断症状改善明显优于对照组 ,χ2 检验 ,P<0 0 5。结论 :针刺配合美沙酮较为明显地改善戒断症状。
Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with methadone on heroin withdrawal syndrome. Methods 60 cases of heroin dependence were divided into the treatment group treated with acupuncture and methadone, and the control group treated with methadone. Results The score for the withdrawal symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group ( P<0 05 ). The treatment group in improvement of withdrawal symptoms was significantly superior to the control group ( P<0 05 ). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with methadone can significantly improve heroin withdrawal syndrome.
