摘要
目的 进一步探讨梅尼埃病的中西医结合治疗方法。方法1993年6月～1997年12月收治的梅尼埃病患者168例,随机分为中药组（51例）、西药组（57例）和中西医结合组（60例）,并予相应的疗法进行治疗。结果 中药组眩晕控制率74.51％,听力改善率62.75％;西药组分别为73.68％和73.68％;中西医结合组分别为93.33％和88.33％。中西医结合组与其它两组之间的疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 中西医结合疗法可以提高治愈率,减少复发率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Menieres disease (MD) by the therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods From 1993 to 1999,168 cases with MD were admitted in our department, and the patients were divided into 51 cases with chi-nese medicine(CM) group, 57 cases with western medicine (WM) group, and 60 cases with CM + WM group. Then we had a clinical observation. Results In CM group, the control rates of vertigo was 74. 51%, the effective rates of hearing was 62. 75%; in WM group, they were both 73. 68%;in CM+WM group, they were 93. 33% and 88. 33%. These results indicated that there were marked defference between CM + WM group and CM group or WM group (F<0. 01). Conclusion The results suggested that the therapy of added-herb Zexiegancao decoction and western medicine on Meniere disease were positive value, and could improve the cure rate, reduce the recuring rate. It was worth studying further clinically.
