利用计算机检索ICD—10编码,是提高病案管理人员工作效率和临床医师学习掌握ICD编码知识的关键。作者提出了快速检索ICD—10编码的思路、数据库结构及详细检索方式。
Through using computer to search ICD - 10 code, it is important for case - manager to improve work's efficiency and for clinic physician to master the knowledge of ICD - 10 code. The paper put forward the thought, database structure and detailed searching way oi fast -searching ICD - 10 code.
