摘要
本文针对循环冷却水中磷酸钙垢的析出过程 ,提出了一个热力学模型。模型中着重考虑了温度、p H值、离子对的离解 -缔合平衡、难溶盐的溶解 -沉淀平衡、离子强度等对磷酸钙垢的析出影响 ,求得了各难溶磷酸钙盐 (Ca HPO4 、 Ca HPO4 2 H2 O、 Ca3(PO4 ) 2 、 Ca (H2 PO4 ) 2 · H2 O、Ca3(H2 PO4 ) 5OH和 Ca(OH) 2 )的热力学成垢势和最大平衡成垢量 ,进而预测可能的垢组成。
A fouling model about the precipitation of five sparingly soluble phosphates in cooling water is proposed according to the thermodynamic principles. Taking account the effect of the T, the pH, the ionic strength, the equilibrium among the ion-pairs, the scaling potential and the maximum sedimentation content are obtained. The predicted scale compositions are in good accordance with the analytical is results from literature for the given cooling water systems.
