摘要
本文结合高校实际探讨学生满意测评指标和应用,说明学生满意测评是提高学生满意度和教学总体质量的有效方法。
This paper uses university as a case study to discuss issues of student satisfaction evaluation indices and its application. It demonstrates that student satisfaction evaluation is the effective approach to improve students' satisfaction and the general teaching quality.
