Cultivating innovative talents is concerned by whole society.E-Learning as new product of information era, has great advantages of cultivating innovative talents. This paper discusses E-Learning's essence and the quality of innovative talents. Then it analyzes the advantages of E-Learning in cultivating innovative talents in detail.
