摘要
进一步研究了幂律流体在偏心环形空间中轴向层流的流量与压力梯度。考虑了流场对于环空间隙几何中心的非对称性。首先确定了速度梯度为零的界面方程r_d=r_d(θ),然后推导出流量与压力梯度的关系式。理论分析表明:偏心环空中的偏心度对其流量与压力梯度的影响很大,在实际计算时是不容忽视的。文末,还将理论计算结果与大量实验数据进行了比较。
We have further studied the flow rate (Q) and pressure gradient (?P/?z) of axial
laminar flow of power-law fluid through the eccentric annuli, and realized that the
flow field in the eccentric annuli is not symmetric about the radial clearance center. First
of all, the radial coordinate r_d where ?w/?r= 0 is determined, and then the relationship
between flow rate and pressure is derived. It shows that the eccentricity has a strong ef-
fect on the flow rate and pressure gradient and it can not be neglected. The comparision
between theoretical results and experimental data is shown at the end of the paper.
