摘要
目前,部分长期运行的管道将要进入事故多发阶段。如何变抢修为维修,防止泄漏,特别是防止管道开裂,预测输油管道失效概率、可靠度,是一个复杂而又需要解决的问题。本文提出应用可靠性理论预测管道失效概率及可靠度的方法与步骤。
At present, parts of the oil transportation pipelines in China which bave already run for many years will get into the frequently-occurring stage of accidents. In order to
avoid leakage, especially to prevent pipelines from fracture and forecast the failure prob-
ability and the reliability of pipelines, how to change rush repair to planning mainte-
nance is a complex problem, which is necessary to be resolved. The author puts forward
a method and steps to forecast the failure probability and reliability by use of the relia-
bility theory.
