阐述了怎样通过优化整体系统的工作状态,实现最大限度地减少系统的无效能耗,降低输油单耗的方法。
A technique to decrease the ineffective energy consumption of oil transport system to a minimum, and to reduce the power consumption for transporting every unit oil by the use of optimizing the work state of the whole system has been described.
