摘要
利用作业成本计算法的基本原理,提出多品种生产模型,应用运筹学软件计算得出正确的多品种产品生产决策。通过实例,与传统成本计算方法进行比较。传统方法在成本计算上有扭曲失实之嫌。
A multiple products model is presented, based on the method of activitybased costing, which can help to make right product decisions. The differences between the traditional and the model presented in this paper are compared by a case study.
