摘要
目的 通过化学拆分得到四氢小檗碱的光学异构体。方法 四氢小檗碱由小檗碱制备 ,以 ( - ) / ( + )二对甲苯甲酰酒石酸为拆分剂对其进行拆分。结果 拆分所得的 ( - ) / ( + )四氢小檗碱旋光值与文献报道一致。结论 通过化学拆分成功地获得了 ( - ) / ( + )
AIM The purpose is to resolute tetrahydroberberine.METHODS Tetrahydroberberine was synthesized from berberine chloride,then resoluted with (+) /(-) di - o,o,-p -toluyl-tartaric acid which was prepared from D/L -tartaric acid.RESULTS AND CONCLUTION S (-)/ R (+)tetrahydroberberine was successfully obtained and the rotation degree was consistent with that reported.
