摘要
目的 :观察复方水蛭口服液对脑出血大鼠脑血肿的影响。方法 :在大鼠脑实质部位注入自体血液 ,造成脑血肿模型 ,病理切片可见 ,在血肿周围出现组织坏死 ,炎症细胞浸润。于造模第 2天灌胃给予复方水蛭口服液每日 1 2 g/kg、6 0 g/kg(相当生药量 )。 7天后处死 ,取脑切片观察病变部位 ,采用组织学数格求积法比较模型组与给药组血肿面积和炎性面积的差异。结果 :复方水蛭口服液各组均能明显扩张脑部血管 ,增加脑血流量 ,明显减少了脑出血大鼠的血肿和炎症面积 ,促进血肿的吸收。大剂量组的血肿腔内形成血管树 ,各组的血肿面积和炎症面积较模型组均有显著差异。结论 :复方水蛭口服液能明显扩张脑部血管 ,促进脑出血大鼠脑血肿的吸收 ,促进脑组织的修复 ,有利于脑出血患者的治疗。
Objective :To observe the effect of Compound Leech Oral Liquor(CL) on intracerebral hematomas of rats. Methods :The blood coming from itself body was injected into the adult rats cerebral parenchyma to make the model of intracerebral hematomas.The pathological sections clear that tissues became necroses around the hematoma and inflammatory cell infiltrated.RL was used through filling stomach by the dosages 1 2g/kg,6g/kg everyday after making model second day.Rats was put to death after seven days,the cerebral sections of rats were made to observe lesion locus.Comparing the difference of areas of hematoma and inflammation between drug groups and model group by tissue areas count squares. Results :RL can markedly expand the blood vessels,and increases blood flowing quantity of cerebral vessels on experiment animal.It particularly reduces areas of hematoma and inflammation following intracerebral hemorrhage in rats,promotes the hematoma to be absorbed.The blood vessel trees were formed in the cavity of the rats taking big dosage RL.There are markedly difference betweet model group and drug groups. Conclusions :RL can markedly promote hematoma to be absorbed of intracerebral hematomas of rats,and promote the function of nerves to be recovered.It is advantageous of therapying intracerebral hematomas patients.
