摘要
给出了平面二包传动存在中心距安装误差、蜗杆轴向窜动量、蜗轮中心面偏移量状态下确定其真实接触位置的模型,定量分析了各单项误差状态和各种综合状态对接触位置的影响,找出了规律,并给出传动副安装误差的控制方向。
Under the actual conditions of given the presented instalation error
of center distance, the axial movable tolerance of worm and the offset
error of central plane of worm gear, a model of true contact position
of the double enveloping worm-gear was determined. The influence of
single item of error and the combination of multiple items of errors to
the contact position was analyzed in detail, and the regular conclusion
was obtained, and meanwhile, the proposed controlled method of
instalation error for the worm-gear was put forward.
