摘要
本文提出一种应用高效液相色谱测定聚丙烯酰胺中未反应的丙烯酰胺含量的分析方法。讨论了流动相的组成,流速对丙烯酰胺色谱分离效果的影响,溶剂萃取搅拌时间对丙烯酰胺单体分析结果的影响,并实测一批聚丙烯酰胺样品。
<ABSTRACT> An effective liquid chromatograhy is used to measure the content of acrylamide
unreacted in polyacrylamide in this paper. Compositions of flowing phases, effect of flow
rate on seperation of acrylamide chromatogram, effect of extraction solvent time on analysis
of acrylamide monomer are discussed. And some samples of polyacrylamide are measured.
